These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TurkShort ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
TurkShort provides digital access to Turkish vertical micro-series through web and mobile applications.
Content may be available as free episodes, coin-unlocked episodes, or via VIP subscription.
2. Account Rules
Account Creation
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. If you are under 18, parental/legal guardian approval may be required.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
Suspension or Termination
Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated. In such cases, remaining coins/subscription benefits may be forfeited.
3. Coins and Payments
Coin System: Coins are virtual units used to unlock premium episodes.
Purchases: Coin purchases are generally final and non-transferable.
Pricing: Prices may change without prior notice.
VIP Subscription: VIP plans may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal date.
Refunds: Refunds may be limited after digital content has been consumed, except where required by law.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All Platform content, trademarks, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit content without authorization.
5. Prohibited Conduct

- •Using bots, scraping tools, or reverse engineering
- •Uploading harmful or unlawful material
- •Violating third-party rights
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, TurkShort is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions or user actions.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and become effective on publication.
